MedExplore (ME) understands how important the privacy of personal information is to our users. This Privacy Policy will tell you what information we collect about you and about your use of ME and its services. It will explain the choices you have about how your personal information is used and how we protect that information. We urge you to read this Privacy Policy carefully. |

In addition to the uses identified above, if the site visitor is a healthcare professionals, the personal information you provide through the ME Web site may be incorporated into the ME's doctors database commonly known as the doctors Master file. | 13. Full members will need to inform MedExplore if they wish to downgrade their full membership, otherwise their full membership will remain the same in the following year with MedExplore. Members wishing to withdraw their membership will need to cancel their account on the ME membership withdrawing page. There is no refund for full membership left over period. The full membership will automatically be blocked if the payment is not made. |

| 14. E-mail messages may not be secure. Site visitors should be careful when sending confidential information by e-mail. Site visitors sending e-mail accept the risk that a third party may intercept e-mail messages. |

| 15. If you are a registered user of the ME Web site, or an ME member, you may review and update/correct your information by using your user name and password. |

| 16. As our company, membership and benefits change from time to time, this Online Privacy Statement is expected to change as well. The ME reserves the right to amend the Online Privacy Statement at any time, for any reason. We will post notice that this Statement has been amended by revising the last updated date at the top of the privacy statement. |
